Rheinmuenster, the 10th April 2015 – Addi-Data presents the new intelligent Ethernet system MSX-E3601 which was especially developed for the acquisition of dynamic signals in the harsh industrial environment. The system has 8 analog SE/diff. inputs, 24 bit, and 8 current sources for the direct connection of ICP sensors (integrated circuit piezoelectric). Several systems can be daisy-chained and synchronised in µs range. This way, when using 4 systems, up to 32 channels can be acquired simultaneously with a frequency of 128 kHz per channel. The ARM®9 processor allows to filter and to calculate the acquired data. The user can individually adapt the sampling frequency (up to 128 kHz and with anti-aliasing filter) and the gain (x1, x10, x100) for the analog inputs. The system can acquire AC voltage signals as well as DC voltage signals. When the system is used for measuring DC voltage signals, the common mode rejection is over 100 dB.
The noise is particularly exact and constant on the complete band width: DC: 64 kHz with Fs=128 kHz. Two more characteristics prove the high precision of the MSX-E3601 system:
– Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is under 0.001%
– Dynamic Range (DR) over 100 dB.
The MSX-E3601 system complies with the IP 65 degree of protection and is suitable for an operating temperature from -40 °C up to +85 °C.
