Use the Careers section on our website to, e.g., send job applications by e-mail. We will process the data you send us with your application to check your suitability for the advertised job (or any other vacancies at ADDI-DATA) and conduct the application process. Our HR department and in-house department heads will review your application data upon receipt. In the company, only people involved in the application process can access your data.
The legal basis for processing your personal application data is in particular Sect. 26 BDSG. According to that basis, data processing is permitted provided it is required in the context of deciding on establishing an employment relationship. Storing any additional information you may have voluntarily provided us with is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR as we have a legitimate interest in processing additional information you may have voluntarily provided us with for conducting the application process. If you, following an—unsuccessful—conclusion of the application process, agree that we may continue to store your personal data in our applicant data pool, the legal basis for further processing is your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect and without giving reasons.
In case of a rejection, we will delete personal application data after four, but no later than six months. In case you have agreed to further processing of your personal data in our applicant data pool, your data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes they were initially collected and processed for; normally after a period of 2 years after inclusion in our applicant data pool. If you are selected for a job in the course of the application process, your data are transferred to our HR management system and processed there insofar as this is required for establishing and implementing an employment relationship.
